Big Timber logs onto beer success
October 25, 2021
Anyone shopping for beer in a West Virginia convenience store, discount store, drug store, or supermarket can pretty much guarantee they’ll find at least one WV-brewed beer on the shelf. And more often that not, the label on that beer will say Big Timber Brewing.
The success of Big Timber Brewing in Elkins, WV, demonstrates beyond a doubt that a small brewery can master the West Virgina beer market from border to border. It just takes a concerted development focus, good brewers, aggressive sales plan, business smarts, and a lot of hard work. So maybe it’s not something just anyone can do. Yet, Big Timber is a shining example of what is possible.
