Who’s got cans

We are seeing a tremendous explosion in the amount of canned beer coming out of West Virginia breweries. Here are the West Virginia breweries that can their beer in 12 or 16 ounce packages. Eighteen of the state’s 30 breweries now regularly offer their beer in cans.

Canned beer has always been the perfect complement to the state’s outdoor lifestyle. The can has so many advantages in portability, safety, recycling, and beer freshness. It’s a no-brainer and is certainly THE package for the Mountain State. A brewery without canning is now at a competitive disadvantage—their road ahead will be harder to navigate successfully.
