Appalachian region breweries at GABF

Last Saturday, Appalachian region breweries took home some medals from the beer competition at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver. The region’s breweries did especially well in some of the German-style categories, taking all three medals in the German-Style Märzen category, which had 165 entries. They also scored well in the British, Irish, and Scottish ale categories.
